Call Rate Measurements report

Last Updated : Jun 27, 2014 |

The Call Rate Measurements report provides the traffic data for all incoming, outgoing, and intercom calls completed during the specified time interval. The report displays this data for:

  • The last hour

  • The peak hour of the current day

  • The peak hour of the previous day

The peak hour has the largest number of calls and the busiest 36-second intervals. The peak call rate for the specified hour is the product of the number of busy intervals and 100. For example, if the peak 36-second interval of the last hour logs 31 calls, the peak calling rate is 3100 calls.

You can use this report to identify the peak calling activity. Typically, the busiest hour is the same for the peak calling activity and the peak hour for all trunk groups.
