Multimedia reports

The following reports provide information about the multimedia measurements:

  • MultiMedia Interface (MMI) Hourly and Summary reports

  • Expansion Service Module (ESM) Hourly and Summary reports

  • Voice Conditioners (VC) Hourly and Summary reports

Note:

The point-to-point multimedia calls between standalone multimedia endpoints do not use MultiMedia Interface (MMI) or Voice Conditioner (VC). Therefore, these calls are not counted in the measurements.

Use these reports to:

  • Determine the volume of traffic that the switch carries for multimedia conferences and conversion calls.

  • Determine whether the system has adequate resources to handle the multimedia traffic.
