Staffed time

Staffed time is the time the attendant positions are active and ready for calls. If staffed time for each agent equals 36 CCS, all agents were active for the full hour.

For example, a report screen lists the following data:

  • Time available: 29 CCS

  • Talk Time: 43 CCS

  • Number of agents: 2
