Description

Attd ID

The unique number that identifies the attendant whose data is being displayed. You can choose a value from 1 to the number configured for the maximum number of attendants.

Time Talk

The time that the attendant is active on calls. This time is measured from the time the attendant activates an attendant loop till the attendant releases the loop. The system measures the time in CCS. If more than one loop is active on an attendant console simultaneously, the system counts the usage only once. For example, the system cannot count one attendant as being busy more than once at a given time.

Time Held

The time that the attendant has calls on hold. The system measures the time in seconds.

Time Avail

The total time that the attendant is available to receive calls during the polling interval. The system measures the time in CCS.

Calls Ans

The total number of calls that the attendant answers. The system does not include calls made to the attendant extension or routed to the attendant through a hunt group.
