Attendant group reports

You can use the attendant group reports to:

  • Assess the quality of service provided to customers while making calls through the listed directory numbers.

  • Manage the attendant group to ensure that the group has adequate staffing.

The system displays the attendant group measurements in the following reports:

  • Attendant Group report: Provides hourly traffic measurements for the attendant group.

  • Attendant Positions report: Provides peak measurements for specific attendant positions.

Both the reports are available as peak reports for the peak hour and the last hour of yesterday and today. A peak hour is the hour within a 24-hour clock with the greatest usage time.

To get the hourly data for the entire attendant group, poll the Attendant Group Report hourly.
