The extension, the PCOL group, or the TAC of the principal that you want to measure.

Meas Hour

The starting time of the hour during which the data is recorded.

Calls Offrd

The number of calls offered to the principal.

Aband

The number calls that the caller abandons before the call is answered or offered to the coverage point.

Redir

The number of calls offered to the coverage path when the principal does not answer the call.

Act Criteria

The number of calls offered to the coverage path when the principal is active.

Bsy Criteria

The number of calls offered to the coverage path when the principal is busy.

DA Criteria

The number of calls offered to the coverage path when the principal does not answer the call after the administered number of rings.

All Criteria

The number of calls offered to the coverage path when Cover All is enabled on the principal.

SAC Criteria

The number of calls offered to the coverage path when Send All Calls (SAC) is enabled on the principal, or the calling party enables Go To Cover.

Cback

The number of calls for which the calling party enables Leave Word Calling or Automatic Callback before the call is redirected to the coverage path.
