Name

Description

Grp No.

The hunt group number.

Grp Name

The name assigned to the hunt group.

Grp Siz/Typ.

The number of extensions assigned to the hunt group and the group type of the hunt group.

The following are the group types:

  • ddc: Direct Department Calling

  • ucd: Uniform Call Distribution

  • ead: Expert Agent Distribution

Meas Hour

The starting time of the hour during which the data is recorded.

Total Usage

The time that the members of a hunt group are busy. The maximum possible usage is calculated as:

Calls Ans/Aban.

The number of abandoned calls. This value does not include:

  • The calls answered by the Call Pickup groups or other hunt groups.

  • The calls abandoned during the first forced announcement.

  • The ACD calls redirected to other splits within the system or to another switch.

Que Size

The length of the queue assigned to the hunt group.

Note:

The queue size must be larger than the group size, but not more than three times as large as the group size.

Calls Que.

The number of calls that are placed in the hunt group queue. This value also includes the queued calls that are redirected to the coverage.

Que Ovfl

The number of calls that arrive when the hunt group queue is full.

Time Avail

The time that the hunt group extensions are not in use, but are available to receive hunt group calls during the measurement hour. This time is calculated only when an agent is ready to receive calls from the specified hunt group. For example, if the hunt group had four extensions and each hunt group is available for 15 minutes, the total time available is 60 minutes or 36 CCS.

Speed Answer (sec)

The average time interval from when the call first arrives at the hunt group or the hunt group queue until the call is answered by a hunt group member of the hunt group. This value does not include the time taken by the first forced announcement.
