Description

Hour

The starting time of the hour during which the data is recorded.

Note:

A pair of asterisks in the minute part indicates that the switch time was changed during the measurement interval. For example, 10**.

# Compl

The number of incoming, outgoing, and intercom calls completed during the specified hour.

Busy Int. (36 sec.)

The 36-second interval in the specified hour that had the most completed calls.

# Busy Int. Calls Compl

The number of calls completed in the specified busy interval.

The system counts all completed calls, except the calls directed to an announcement or generated by maintenance. For example, a facility access test call is not counted as a completed call.

The system counts wideband calls as a single call.

Busiest Hour

The busiest hour for today and yesterday. This hour has the largest number of completed calls.

Busiest Interval

The hour with the busiest 36-second interval for today and yesterday. This hour might be different from the busiest complete hour of the 24-hour period.
