Your IP Office system administrator can configure you to be able to use more than one telephone device simultaneously. You can then make and answer calls on any of your simultaneous devices, including on your Avaya Workplace Client.
When using simultaneous devices, you can:
Hear ringing on all your logged-in devices when called. For example, your deskphone and Avaya Workplace Client.
Answer and make calls from any of the your devices.
When using simultaneous devices, your Avaya Workplace Client provides controls for moving a call you have answer on one of your devices to and from the client.
