Adding a Queued Message
Use this procedure to add the .wav file is used to replace the default "You are in a queue" greeting.
- Add Edit Play List action and open its Properties.
- Change the Token Name to Edit SalesQueue.wav.
- In the Specific tab, enter sales queue.wav in the File path and select OK.
- Click 2 to Edit SalesQueue.wav.
- Click the
Save & Make Live icon. - On an extension, dial *80.
- Dial 1234 when you are requested to enter the access code.
- Record a message, for example, All members of our Sales team are currently busy. Please hold, you are currently in a position.
