Creating the Attendant Hours Condition

For our example, we need to create a condition that defines both the companies normal working days and working hours.
Prolog information
  1. Click the Conditions Editor icon. The Conditions Editor window opens.
  2. Do the following to add a new condition:
    1. Click the New Condition icon in the toolbar. The New Condition window opens.
    2. Type BusinessHours and click OK. The icon Attendant opens in the Condition Editor window.
  3. Do the following to set the condition:
    1. Click the Elements icon.
    2. Select Week Planner. The icon Attendant appears in the Condition Editor window. The Week Planner is added.
    3. Double-click Week Planner to open the available time within a week.
    4. Select Monday to Friday. We will leave the start and end times for the days unchanged.
    5. Click OK.
  4. Do the following to set the logic setting:
    1. Click the Logic icon in the toolbar, and select OR.
    2. Click the condition Week Planner in the Condition Editor window. The logic setting is changed to OR.
  5. Click OK.
