Having created two modules to change the value of the Reception variable between open and closed (see Creating Modules to Alter the Variables Value), we need short codes to trigger either action.

In Code, enter *91.
In Feature enter Voicemail Collect.
In Telephone Number enter ReceptionOpen.
In Line Group ID enter 0.
Repeat the process, this time creating a *92 short code set to ReceptionClosed.
Merge the new short codes with the telephone system.
