Configure announcement-only extension settings to edit your general and regional settings and modify your announcement message.

On the Admin Portal homepage, click Phone SystemGroupsAnnouncement-Only Extensions.
Click the announcement-only extension to configure.
To change the extension details, such as the extension name and number, do the following:
1. Click Announcement-Only Extension Details.
2. On the General tab, configure the extension details as required.
To change the extension settings, such as the regional settings, do the following:
1. On the Announcement-Only Extension tab, click Settings.
2. Under the Regional Settings section, click Edit.
  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  You can adjust the time zone, home country code, greetings language, time format, user language, and regional format.
3. Under the Confirmation Message section, click Edit.
  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  Enabling a confirmation message determines how long it stays visible on the screen after an action is done.
4. Under the Site section, click Edit.
  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  You can change the assigned site for your announcement-only extension.
To change the announcement message, do the following:
1. Click AnnouncementEdit.
2. From the Set Greeting list, select Custom.
3. Select the required option and add your message.
4. Click Done.
