You can add new phone numbers to your inventory by reserving them. Reserving a phone number ensures its ownership and availability until you assign it.
Important:
When adding new phone numbers, you must have licenses appropriate to the number type on your company account. Charges apply if you do not have any licenses available.
From the main page, navigate to Phone SystemPhone NumbersNumber Inventory.
Next to the search bar, click Reserve Numbers.
On the Reserve Numbers window, complete the details, such as location, area code, and number type for the phone number.
STEP RESULT:
After completing the details, Avaya Cloud Office Service Web lists all the available numbers you can add.
To refresh the number list, click Change set.
From the list, select the check boxes of the numbers to add.
Click Add Numbers.
STEP RESULT:
You can see the newly reserved phone numbers in your number inventory.
