Configuring a directed call pickup group.

The direct call pickup group enables group members to answer each other’s calls from their own phones.
When a group member receives a call, other group members can answer the call by dialing the pickup code followed by the ringing extension.
  1. Sign in to the Admin Portal..
  2. Click Phone SystemGroupsCall Pickup..
  3. Under the Directed Pickup tab, click New Directed Call Pickup.
  4. In the Add Directed Call Pickup window, enter the name for the group.
  5. From the Site list, select the required site.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can also search for the required site.
  6. Click Next.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Select Members tab is displayed.
  7. Select the members to be added in this directed call pickup group.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can also search for the members in all the available sites.
  8. Click Save.
