Deleting an unassigned extension

Delete an unassigned extension from your company account. Deleting unassigned extensions does not impact your bill, and you cannot recover deleted extensions.
  1. From the Admin Portal homepage, click UsersUser ListUnassigned Extensions.
  2. Next to the extension to delete, click the More icon.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. On the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
Result
Avaya Cloud Office Service Web permanently deletes the unassigned extension.
