Configuring Owner and Delegates

The owner and delegates settings enable the administrator to select the delegates and rules for the delegated lines.
  1. Log in to Admin Portal.
  2. Click Phone SystemGroupsDelegated Lines.
  3. Select a delegated line and click the Owner and Delegates dropdown.
  4. Click the Change Owner button to select the user extension and assign the owner of this delegated line.
  5. Click Done.
  6. Click the Change Delegates button to select the user extension to add as delegates for this delegated line.
  7. Click Done.
  8. Toggle on to activate the available devices for each delegate under the Active tab.
  9. Click Remove to remove the delegates under the Actions tab.
  10. Click Save.
