This procedure outlines the steps to filter the audit trail records and download them in XLSX format.
  1. Log in to the Avaya Cloud Office™ account.
  2. Go to Admin PortalMoreAudit Trail.
  3. Click Download icon to download the report as an XLSX file that includes the following fields:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • Date / Time: Date and time of the modifications.
    • Changes made by: Changes made by the admin to the account.
    • Change made to: Changes made to the specific account.
    • Item affected: The modified setting.
    • Change details: The description of the change.
