Creating and managing table widget

Prolog information
The table widget with custom rows and columns details call handling information. This procedure for creating a table widget analyzes data by users, queues, departments, and both percent and average metrics. It also provides a comparative analysis across different user groups for the selected period.
  1. Log in to the Avaya Cloud Office™ account.
  2. Go to Admin PortalAnalytics & LogsAnalytics.
  3. Click Business Analytics.
  4. Click Add Widget.
  5. Select Table.
  6. In the Widget Name field, enter a name for your widget.
  7. Double-click or drag and drop an item on the Rows list to add it to the table.
  8. Double-click or drag and drop an item on the Columns list to add it to the table.
  9. Click Add summary below the last row in the table to select the summary aggregation function with the following options:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • Sum
    • Avg
    • Min
    • Max
    • %
  10. Click Save.
  11. Click the six-dot icon next to the column name to drag and drop the columns to rearrange the order.
  12. In the Rows Filters section, select the item in the Rows list and select the information.
  13. Click Done.
  14. Click close icon in the Rows Filters field to clear your selection.
  15. In the Data Filters section, click Add Filter in the filter box to select the following filters:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • Origin
    • Direction
    • Call response
    • Call type
    • Result
    • To/From extensions
    • Ending party
    • Call length
    • Time spent
    • Actions
    • Call segment
    • Numbers called
  16. Click Clear at the top-right corner to undo the last change in the table widget.
  17. Click Save.
    STEP RESULT:
    The table widget is saved in the dashboard. You can perform actions by clicking the three-dot icon at the top-right of the widget.
  18. Click the three-dot icon More icon to select from the following options:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Edit: Open the table widget page to make changes.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Size: Resize the widget in the dashboard.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Duplicate: Create a copy of the table widget.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Delete: Remove the table widget.
