Swapping phones between users

Swap phones between two users. When you swap phones, Avaya Cloud Office™ does not change the phone numbers of users, so users keep their numbers. Phone names are also not updated. When idle, the phone will contact Avaya and update its configuration.
  1. From the Admin Portal homepage, click Phone SystemPhones & DevicesUser Phones.
  2. Click the phone to swap.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Service Web displays the settings page for the selected phone.
  3. In the Device section, click Change Phone.
  4. On the Change Phone window, select Existing Phone.
  5. Click Next.
  6. On the Select Device tab, select the phone to swap with.
  7. Scroll down and click Next.
  8. On the Confirmation tab, click Swap.
  9. On the Confirmation window, click OK.
