Deleting a message-only extension

Delete message-only extensions to deactivate them.
  1. On the Admin Portal home page, click Phone SystemGroupsMessage-Only Extensions.
  2. Select the message-only extension.
  3. Under the Actions section, click more icon.
  4. Before deleting, disable the activated extension.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    After you disable the activated extension, the Actions section displays the options to Enable and Delete.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. In the dialog box, click Confirm.
