Creates a DHCP pool or to enter the context of a DHCP pool. Use no ip dhcp pool to delete a DHCP pool.
Note:
You cannot delete an active DHCP pool. Use no dhcp-pool to deactivate a pool. When you deactivate the pool, any associated binding information is erased.
