Manually enables or disables Emergency Transfer Relay (ETR) mode on an external ETR relay or on an MM714B media module, or to allow the gateway to control ETR mode automatically.
In ETR mode, designated analog trunk and analog line ports are connected.
If a call is in progress when the communications problem ends, the gateway does not turn off ETR mode automatically.
If you specify manual-on, all active non-ETR calls on the ETR ports are disconnected.
