Sets the minimum delay from boot to persistent dialing. Use no dialer persistent initial delay to return the delay to the default value.
Note:
Use this command to prevent the Dialer interface from dialing out after the Branch Gateway is reset. This is needed because the primary interface does not become active immediately after the reset.
