Use this procedure to open a node port on the Avaya Analytics™ database. Once the node port is opened, you can choose to patch that port to a specific port in the range 30000-32767.
Log in to the Cluster Control Manager (CCM) console as the customer user.
Switch to being the root user by entering the command su.
To run the Analytics Administration script, use the following command:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
ccm release orca analytics
Select Database by pressing the corresponding number.
Select the Open a port on the database option by entering the corresponding number. A port is opened on the database.
In the Confirm that you want to patch the database port xx to specific port in range 30000-32767 field, type y.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Entering n cancels the operation.
In the Please enter port in range 30000-32767 field, enter a new value for the port.
