Workflow logs overview

You can view the logs for each workflow that administrators perform. For example, if you create a user and assign a CMS Supervisor role, configure DID and voicemail, Admin Portal creates a log for the workflow. The workflow logs include details, such as workflow processing, the status of the workflow, and workflow errors.

You can also view the details of each operation in the Workflow Execution Details window, such as the type of operation, the status of the transaction, and the message code.

Note:

When you add or delete a resource for a user, the workflow logs displays the purpose as Added Resources or Deleted Resources.
