Unlocking the voicemail account

About this task

Use this task to unlock your voicemail account if it gets locked due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Voicemail.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing voicemails.

  2. Optional From the Server list, select the required Avaya Messaging server to filter the list.
  3. From the Action list, select Voicemail Settings.
  4. Find the voicemail to update and click Edit.
  5. Clear the Mailbox Locked check box.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Click Close.
