You can add user resources, such as voicemail, station, agent, and CMS supervisor. For example, if you provision a new user without a voicemail, add the user's voicemail resource with this procedure.
Procedure
From Admin Portal, go to Users > Manage.
Admin Portal displays the list of existing users.
Find the user to edit and click the Manage User Resources icon.
On the Manage User Resources page, click Manage User Bundle.
Admin Portal displays the Manage User Bundle dialog box.
