Deleting a voicemail

About this task

You can delete an existing voicemail from Admin Portal.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Voicemail.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing voicemails.

  2. Optional From the Server list, select the required Avaya Messaging server to filter the list.
  3. Find the voicemail to delete and click the Delete icon.
  4. On the Confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
