Updating phone buttons

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Station.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing stations.

  2. Optional From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the station to update and click the Edit icon.
  4. From the Action list, select Phone Buttons.
  5. Assign a button type to each phone button.
  6. To set a phone button as favorite, in the Favorite column, select the checkbox.

    For None or line number, the Favorite checkbox is not available. The Favorite checkbox is available for SIP phones.

  7. Enter the required value in the fields in the Data column according to the selected button type.
  8. Click Submit.
