Changing the phone template

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Station.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing stations.

  2. Optional From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the station to update and click the Edit icon.
  4. From the Action list, select Phone Template.
  5. From Phone Type, select a phone type.

    When you select the phone type as Digital or Analog, Admin Portal displays the Phone Port field.

  6. From Phone Port, select the port number for the digital and analog phones.
  7. From the Template list, select a phone template.
  8. From the CM Template list, select the Communication Manager template.
  9. Click Submit.
