A caller who needs emergency assistance in the United States dials 911 as a Universal Emergency Number (UEN). The 911inform user feature has a list of users contact details added, and if there is an emergency, a user wants the public safety answering point (PSAP) to call back automatically.

When a user is provisioned in Admin Portal, any United States user with access to the 911 services has access to 911inform user.
