Coverage path management

A coverage path guides Admin Portal on steps to follow if you are not answering the phone. The coverage path routes the call to another number if a specific criteria is not met. For example, if you do not answer a call within a certain number of rings.

A coverage path number is a unique number in Avaya Aura® Admin Portal that identifies each coverage path. Each coverage path has a set of rules under the coverage criteria that prompts the Admin Portal to forward the call to the numbers defined as coverage points.
