Viewing user-to-user information during an active call

You can view the user-to-user information (UUI) by using the UUI info key during an active ACD call.
Before you begin
Ensure that:
  • You are on an active ACD call.
  • The system administrator has programmed uui-info on one of the programmable feature keys or on the expansion module.
  1. During the active call, press the UUI info key.
Result
The UUI key displays the following information:
  • UCID: UCID represents the unique identifier of a call in a CC environment for uniform data tracking.
  • ASAI user data: ASAI user data represents the VDN call duration of an active call.
  • LAI/BSR: LAI/BSR represents the time for which the call was in the queue before you answered the call.
