The following known limitations apply for Avaya Calling operation in conjunction with IP Office:

• The directory shown for the Chrome extension is local to the Chrome extension. It does not include the IP Office user and system directory entries.

• The call log shown for the Chrome extension is local to the Chrome extension. It does not include the user's calls made with other IP Office devices.

• The Chrome extension directory only shows and allows calls to IP Office users with a Unique Identity. Therefore, Avaya recommended you configure a Unique Identity for all IP Office users. That gives all users a free basic account unless specifically licensed for other features.
