IP Office SIP Configuration for Avaya Workplace Client Support

The IP Office system needs to be configured for SIP extension operation. Refer to the IP Office SIP Telephone Installation Notes.

  • The system's SIP Registrar FQDN should be set and should be resolvable through DNS back to the system.

  • For Avaya Cloud Services and external clients, that resolution must be supported externally.
