DECT phones can subscribe to multiple DECT systems and can then be switched between the systems to which they are currently subscribed.

TheUnsubscribeoption provided through phone menus does not unsubscribe a phone from the Avaya Wireless DECT system or IP Office. This option removes details of the subscribed system from the phone. The Unsubscribe function only works for subscriptions where theProtection

option was set to No during the original subscription.

Resubscribing the phone reinstates the Avaya Wireless DECT system in the list of systems to which the phone can be subscribed.

To remove a phone from a system that is using IP Office provisioning, the phone's extension entry should be deleted from the IP Office configuration. To remove a phone from a system that is not using IP Office provisioning, the phone's extension entry must be deleted from both the IP Office configuration and the master base station configuration.
