The location ID's for a set of base stations can be imported from a .csv file.

For IPBS base stations, each entry in the file should have the following format:

<Radio Name>,<Location ID>,<Description>

For example: IPBS3-25-ec-3d,123456789,Reception

For IPBL base stations, each entry in the file should have the following format:

<Radio Name>,<RFP Port>,<Location ID>,<Description>

For example: IPBL-30-00-20,16,ABCDF,Conference Room 1
