IP Office supports bulk downloading of Media Manager audio recordings using a Visual Basic Script (VBScript). The workflow provides a fast, fully-automated method for exporting large volumes of recordings with improved efficiency.

Spaces-based messaging is no longer available
Spaces-based messaging services is no longer available in IP Office. The option to select Avaya Spaces messaging using the SystemMessaging Server page has been removed from IP Office Manager and IP Office Web Manager.

Voicemail Pro integration with Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 and 2019 is no longer available.
