If the primary server is configured as a subscription mode system, all other servers in the network must also use subscription mode. To do that to convert the servers in an existing non-subscription network:

Convert the primary server to subscription mode by rerunning the initial configuration menu ().

In the solution view, use Set All Nodes to Subscription to change the mode of all other servers in the network.
