Configuring audio notifications

About this task

Configure audio notifications to select which of them Avaya Workspaces sends to you.

You can enable the following audio notifications:

  • System notifications

  • DTMF

  • Incoming Call notifications

  • Incoming Video notifications

  • Incoming Messaging notifications

  • Incoming Chat notifications

  • Incoming Email Notifications

  • Incoming SMS notifications

  • Incoming Social notifications

Procedure

  1. At the top of the Proactive Outreach layout, click the Settings icon.
  2. Click the Audio tab.
  3. Optional To enable all audio notifications, toggle on the Enable all switch.
  4. To enable an audio notification, toggle on the switch next to it.
  5. Click Save.

    Avaya Workspaces enables the selected audio notifications.
