Redial a customer number if you need to re-initiate a recently ended outbound interaction.

Before you begin

End an outbound interaction.

Procedure

To redial a customer number, at the top of the Proactive Outreach interaction card, click the Dial Again icon.

Avaya Workspaces initiates an outbound interaction.
