Enter DTMF digits to pass commands to switching systems while handling an outbound interaction. For example, you can enter DTMF digits to answer questions in an IVR. You cannot enter DTMF digits when previewing a customer's Proactive Outreach interaction card.
Before you begin
Initiate an outbound interaction.
Procedure
On the Proactive Outreach Tools widget, click the DTMF tab.
To enter DTMF digits, use the on-screen dialpad.
Avaya Workspaces displays the entered digits in the Enter digits field.
