Log out of Avaya Workspaces to end your session.

Before you begin

  • Ensure that you do not have active outbound interactions.

  • Drop the acquire call.

Procedure

  1. At the top of the Proactive Outreach layout, click your name.
  2. In the Agent State pane, click Finish Work.
  3. Click your name again.
  4. Click Sign Out.

    Avaya Workspaces logs you out and ends your session.
