Configuring notifications

About this task

You can select the events that enable Avaya Workspaces to send you notifications.

Procedure

  1. At the top of the Proactive Outreach layout, click the Settings icon.
  2. Click the Notifications tab.
  3. Optional To disable all notifications, click Disable Notifications.
  4. To enable Avaya Workspaces to send you a notification every time you receive an interaction, select Alerting Interaction.
  5. To enable Avaya Workspaces to send you a notification every time you receive a message, select Incoming Messages.
  6. Click Save.
