About this task
Use the Customer Details widget to view and edit customer attributes. Customer attributes are contact data properties. An account administrator configures customer attributes or selects predefined customer attributes in Proactive Outreach. You can search for customer attributes and edit their values. You cannot edit read-only customer attributes. An account administrator can mask customer attributes. If a customer attribute is masked, Avaya Workspaces displays asterisk signs (*) instead of the attribute value.
Note:
The Customer Details widget also displays the information about a customer, which includes a name, phone number, email address, physical address, and ID.
