Extending the wrap-up state

About this task

Extend the wrap-up state to have more time to finish the wrap-up activities. Wrap-up activities include updating customer attributes, scheduling a callback, and adding agent notes. An account administrator determines the duration of the wrap-up state and the amount of time added to this state when you extend it. If enabled, you can also extend the wrap-up state multiple times for the same interaction.

Before you begin

End an outbound interaction.

Procedure

At the top of the Proactive Outreach interaction card, click the Extend Wrap-Up icon.

Avaya Workspaces extends the wrap-up state.
