Reconnecting to the Proactive Outreach server

About this task

You can reconnect to the Proactive Outreach server if Avaya Workspaces disconnects you due to an error. When you are disconnected from the server, Avaya Workspaces performs 10 reconnection attempts during three minutes. If a maximum number of reconnection attempts is reached, you must reconnect to the server manually.

Procedure

When Avaya Workspaces disconnects you from the Proactive Outreach server, on the Outbound Agent Connector widget, click Reconnect for Proactive Outreach.

The Outbound Agent Connector widget reconnects you to the Proactive Outreach server.
