Ending an outbound interaction

About this task

End an outbound interaction when you finish talking to a customer.

Important:

Do not end outbound interactions by clicking the End Interaction icon next to the acquire call.

Before you begin

Initiate an outbound interaction.

Procedure

At the top of the Proactive Outreach interaction card, click the End icon.

Avaya Workspaces ends the outbound interaction and places you into the wrap-up agent state.
