Changing the agent state

About this task

Change the agent state to start or stop receiving outbound interactions.

Procedure

  1. At the top of the Proactive Outreach layout, click your name.
  2. In the Agent State pane, select one of the following agent states:
    • Go Ready: You can initiate outbound interactions in the Ready state.

    • Go Not Ready: You cannot initiate outbound interactions in the Not Ready state. If configured by an account administrator, you must select a reason code when switching to the Not Ready state. For example, you can select 00101 – Emergency.

    Avaya Workspaces places you into the selected agent state.
